On January 02, 2024, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company announced Official Dispatch No. 007/BSR-VPHDQT on disclosing transactions with affiliated party as follows:
On January 02, 2024, BSR’s Board of Directors approved the transactions with the affiliated party - Petro Vietnam Building and Commercial Joint Stock Company (PV Building): Approve the exemption of payment guarantee/domestic LC and PP contract performance guarantee for PV Building.
