VPC: Notice of stock status

On December 20, 2023, HNX announces the status of V- Power Investment and Development’s shares (stock code: VPC) as follows: NSG shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No.5444/QD-SGDHN dated December 20, 2023 because the company had negative owner's equity in the Audited Financial Statements 2022 and  the auditor gave a disclaimer of opinions on the Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed in Points a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- VPC shares are put under alert from 7/7/2023 due to the reason that the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year according to point 2, Article 39 of Enterprise Law as prescribed at point b Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
