On December 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of oint Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation’s shares (stock code: V15) as follows:
- V15 shares are under trading suspension since 15/12/2023 according to Decision No. 1236/QD-SGDHN dated 07/12/2023 because the company did not have any remedy to overcome the put under trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities; it belongs to the case of trading suspension as prescribed in Point e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- It was put under trading suspension according to Decision No. 1235/QD-SGDHN dated 07/12/2023 because the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;  the company was compulsory delisted as prescribed point i section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/220/ND-CP dated 31/12/2022; it belongs to the case of trading restriction as prescribed in Points h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. Trading suspension: it is only traded on Friday weekly when it is removed from trading restriction.
