TPS: Notice on maximum foreign ownership rate (0%)

On December 20, 2023, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announced Official Dispatch No. 15903/VSDC-DK.NV on the maximum foreign ownership rate of Sai Gon Transportation Packing Joint Stock Company (UPCOM: TPS) as follow:
According to Official Dispatch No. 8980/UBCK-PTTT dated December 15, 2023 of State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) on the maximum foreign ownership rate of Sai Gon Transportation Packing Joint Stock Company (UPCOM: TPS), VSDC announced to adjust the maximum foreign ownership rate of TPS from 49% to 0%.
