- Mr. Tran Dinh Tung has resigned from his membership of the BOD with effect since 20/12/2023
- Mr. Bui Trung Lieu has resigned from his membership of the BOD with effect since 20/12/2023
- Ms. Lam Quynh Huong has resigned from her membership of the BOD cum Company Secretary cum Information Disclosure Officer with effect since 20/12/2023
- Mr. Nguyen Tu Duan has resigned from his membership of the BOD with effect since 20/12/2023
