BSR: ​Information disclosure about transactions with related persons

On December 22, 2023, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) announced Official Dispatch No. 7950/BSR-VPHDQT as follow:
On December 22, 2023, the Board of Directors of BSR approved the transaction with the related person, namely Branch of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) – PV GAS TRADING (KDK), specifically: Approve the Dung Quat LPG auction results in 2024, in which KDK won the auction.
