Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution dated October 11, 2023 to approve the agreement signing, transaction with related party in 2023 – Pan Food Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 20% of the company’s total assets in the latest audited financial statements.
