RDP: Transferring shares

On July 19, 2023, the Board of Directors of Rang Dong Holding Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution to approve to transfer a part of 6,000,000 shares of Rang Dong Healthcare Joint Stock Company, equivalent to VND60,000,000,000 (based on par value), accounting for 20% charter capital of Rang Dong Healthcare. Accordingly, the transfer value will be VND90,000,000,000 (15,000 dongs/share).
