VSI: Notice of the record date for dividend payment

On May 30, 2023, Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company announced the record date for the second cash dividend payment in 2022 as follows:

• Record date:                            June 15, 2023
• Exercise ratio:                         10%/share (1,000 dongs/share)
• Payment date:                          June 30, 2023
• Place of implementation:

+ For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities company where shareholders opened securities depository account.

+ For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company on working days. Please present shareholder’s identity card/citizen identity card and Share ownership certificate when receiving dividend at the Head office.
