UIC: BOD resolution dated June 07, 2023

The Board resolution dated June 07, 2023, the Board of Directors of Idico Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the fee for connection and use of 22kV grid infrastructure with Idergy Joint Stock Company (Idergy).

2)      Approved the purchase price of excess electricity from Idergy's rooftop solar power system.
