TVB: TVB put into supervision status

On June 20, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: TVB) in warning status as of June 27, 2023.

Reason: the undistributed profit after tax in 2022 was negative according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2022. This is the case of securities being warned under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
