TTB: Overcome the status of trading restriction

On May 29, 2023, Tien Bo Joint Stock Company announced the measures to overcome the status of securities under trading restriction. Accordingly, due to the change in senior personnel, the financial statement has not been completed. The company has been striving to cooperate with the audit firm to complete the audit of financial statement in 2022 and will disclose the information at the earliest.
