TCO: BOD resolution dated May 30, 2023

The Board resolution dated May 31, 2023, the BOD of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approved the consolidated business plan in 2023:

1. Consolidated revenue: 125 billion dongs
2. Consolidated profit after tax: 20 billion dongs.

2)      Approved the financial statement, the consolidated financial statement in 2022 audited by Ernst & Young Vietnam Company Limited.

3)      Approved the document of the Annual General Meeting 2023 at the website: www.tasaduyenhai.com
