The Board resolution dated June 22, 2023, the BOD of Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company approved the amendment, supplement of the gas purchase and sale contract between Petro Viet Nam Low Pressure GAS Distribution Joint Stock Company (PGD) and PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (GAS).
