On May 26, 2023, HOSE issued Decision No.236/QD-SGDHCM to allow Mobile World Investment Corporation (securities code: MWG) to change the listing as follows:

1)      Number of shares before additional listing: 1,463,879,280 shares

2)      Decreased listing volume: 502,564 shares

3)      Total value of decreased listing shares (based on par value): VND 5,025,640,000 dongs

4)      Number of shares after the change of listing: 1,463,376,716 shares

5)      Total value after the change of listing: VND 14,633,767,160,000

6)      Effective date of the listing license: May 30, 2023

7)      Reason of change: Decreasing charter capital due to canceling treasury shares.
