KDH: BoD approves to issue shares the dividend payment

On June 20, 2023, the Board of Directors of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the dividend payment:

1)       Stock name: Stock of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company

2)       Stock type: common share

3)        Outstanding volume: 716,829,995 shares

4)        Expected issue volume: 71,682,999 shares

5)        Issue ratio: 10%

6)        Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax. 

7)       Implement date: expected in Quarter III/2023

8)       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
