JVC: Overcome the status of securities being put under warning

  On April 28, 2023, Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company announced the schedule and measures to overcome the status of securities being put under warning with details as follows:

1)      Improving the business situation: researching, analyzing and evaluating the market to reduce expense in management, operation to maintain the business activities, encouraging employees by improving the management system and services.

2)      Collecting the receivable for the provisions.

3)      Continuing to expand more centers.

4)      Searching new products to increase the competitiveness of enterprise.
