IBC: Overcome the status of trading restriction

On June 08, 2023, Apax Holdings Joint Stock Company (IBC) announced the measures to overcome the status of securities under trading restriction. Accordingly, due to the restructuring of the internal organization impacting the completion of financial statement in 2022, IBC has been cooperating with the audit unit to complete the audit of financial statement in 2022. After that, IBC will disclose the financial statement in 2022 and the financial statement in quarter 1/ 2023 as soon as possible.
