HVN: Board Resolution on extension of time for holding AGM

On June 15, 2023, the BOD of Vietnam Airlines JSC approved the cancellation of record date (May 24, 2023) and meeting date (June 20, 2023) for the holding of Annual General Meeting 2023.

            The BOD approved the extension of time for holding 2023 annual general meeting on August 30, 2023 and the new record date on July 11, 2023.
