FRT: Increasing charter capital

The Board resolution dated June 19, 2023, the BOD of FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company approved to increase its charter capital from VND1,184,725,350,000 to VND1,362,423,890,000, equivalent to 136,242,389 shares due to stock issuance for dividend pament.
