EMC: Decision on tax penalties

ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh city dated May 31, 2023 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND74,173,952

-          Personal income tax arrears: VND97,387,728

-          Corporate income tax arrears: VND118,288,033

-          Late payment: VND46,226,080.
