DPG: BOD decision dated May 26, 2023

On May 26, 2023, Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company announced the BOD’s decision as follows:

1. Promulgating regulations of the Audit Committee and Internal Audit;
2. Decided to the change of name from Legal and Internal Audit Department to Legal Department.
3. Approved the agreement of credit limit, loan guarantee and opening letter of credit at Vietcombank – branch South Thang Long with the total value of VND 2,280,000,000,000.
4. Approved the agreement of credit limit, loan guarantee and opening letter of credit at Vietcombank – branch Thang Long with the value of VND 450,000,000,000.
