The Board resolution dated May 26, 2023, the BOD of Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company Limited approved the business plan in 2023 as follows:

1. Charter capital:            300 billion dongs
2. Revenue:                     512 billion dongs
3. Profit before tax:         31.2 billion dongs
4. Profit after tax:            30 billion dongs
5. Dividend:                    6%.
