CII: Approval of the investment and loan guarantee

On May 30, 2023, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company announced the issue of the Board resolution to approve the following contents:

1)      Approved the investment of the enterprise listed on the Ha Noi Stock Exchange.

2)      Approved the loan guarantee for the BOT project with the total value of VND 2,397,839,000,000.
