CCL: BoD approves to issue shares the dividend payment

On June 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation approved a plan for issuing shares to the dividend payment:

1)      Stock name: Stock of Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation

2)      Stock type: common share

7)      Expected issue volume: 6,383,949 shares

8)      Total issue value: VND63,839,490,000

9)      Issue ratio: 12%

10)  Financial resource: Undistributed profit after tax. 

11)  Implement date: expected in quarter II, III/2023

12)  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be canceled.
