• The proposal of the appropriation plan of profit after tax in 2022 and plan for 2023.
• The proposal of development strategy for the term 2021 – 2030.
• The proposal of selecting the independent audit firm to conduct the audit of financial statement in 2024, 2025, 2026.
• The election, resignation of members of the BOD, Supervisory Board.
