VIB: Explanation for the financial statements in Quarter 1.2023 Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank has explained the movements of the financial statements in Quarter 1/2023 compared to the same period of last year as follows:

The profit after tax according to the separate and consolidate financial statements in Quarter 1/2023 was 2,147,185 million dongs and 2,155,111 million dongs, increased by 18% compared to the same period of 2022.
According to the consolidate financial statements in Quarter 1/2023, total acumulated income reached 4,929,597 million dongs, increased by 19% compared to the same period of 2022, in which the net profit income increased by 22%. The net proift from service activities to the end of Quarter 1/2023 reached 618,431 million dongs, accouting for 13% of total income.
Total expenses according to the consolidate financial statements in Quarter 1/2023 was 1,567,510 million dongs. The operating expenses to total operating income ratio at 32%.
