VCG: Resolution on the AGM 2023

Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting 2023 dated April 14, 2023 with the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the business result in 2022.
2. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022.
3. The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2022 and plan for 2023.
4. The AGM approved the report from the Supervisory Board.
5. The AGM approved the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.
6. The AGM approved the plan for profit distribution in 2022.
7. The AGM approved a stock issuance to the 2022 dividend payment.
8. The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023.
9. The AGM approved the regulation on the BOD activities.
10. The AGM approved the regulation on the Supervisory Board activities.
11. The AGM approved the supplement of the company’s business lines.
