The Board resolution dated May 16, 2023, the Board of Directors of Thuan Duc Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approved to receive the transfer of shares from Thuan Duc Eco Joint Stock Company:

-          Purchase volume: 5,000,000 shares

-          Purchase price: 30,000/share

-          Total value: VND150,000,000,000

-          Payment time: before June 20, 2023.

2)      Approved to receive the transfer of shares from Thuan Duc JB Joint Stock Company:

-          Purchase volume: 3,000,000 shares

-          Purchase price: VND12,000/share

-          Total value: VND36,000,000,000

-          Paymen time: before June 25, 2023.
