PVD: BOD resolution dated May 22, 2023

The Board resolution dated May 22, 2023, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Drilling & Well Service Corporation (PV Drilling) approved the following issues:

1. PV Drilling agreed that PVD Tubulars' profit plan will not be distributed to joint ventures in 2023.
2. Approval for the contents to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023 of PVD Tech:

-          No distributing profit in 2022 of PVD Tech.

-          Approve the list of nominees for the additional election of members of the Supervisory Board of PVD Tech for the term 2021-2025.
