-          Charter capital: 899,990,250,000 VND

-          Number of shares issued: 89,999,025 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 89,998,070 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 955 shares

-          Expected issue volume: 8,999,807 shares

-          Total value of issuance (estimated): VND 89,998,070,000

-          Exercise ratio: 10:1

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Time of implementation: expected in Q2/ 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
