NVL: Information of Viet Phat Urban and Industrial Zone project

On April 12, 2023, No Va Land Investment Group Corporation (Novaland) announced the following information:

1)      In 2022, Novaland and Tan Thanh Long An Joint Stock Company cooperated to develop Viet Phat Urban and Industrial Zone. Accordingly, Novaland was the project developer and Tan Thanh Long An Joint Stock Company was the project investor.

2)      Viet Phat Urban and Industrial Zone project has been postponed by the investor – Tan Thanh Long An Joint Stock Company.

3)      Novaland is not authorized for any activities with Tan Thanh Long An Joint Stock Company in business investment and activities as well as bond issuance.
