LPB: BOD resolution dated May 05, 2023 The Board resolution dated May 05, 2023, the BOD of Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved to implement stock issuance for dividend payment, public offering of shares, private placement of shares and stock issuance under ESOP to increase its charter capital according to the charter capital increase plan in 2023 that approved by the Annual General Meeting 2023. Details are as follows:
- Charter capital before the issuance: VND17,291,053,690,000
- Stock volume: 1,729,105,369 shares
- Par value: VND10,000
- Estimated additional charter capita: VND11,385,300,200 (equivalent to 1,138,530,020 shares); Of which:
+ Stock issuance for dividend payment (ratio: 19%): VND3,285,300,000 (equivalent to 328,530,020 shares)
+ Public offering of shares: VND5,000,000,000,000 (equivalent to 500,000,000 shares)
+ Private placement of shares: VND3,000,000,000,000 (equivalent to 300,000,000 shares)
+ Stock issuance under ESOP: VND100,000,000,000 (equivalent to 10,000,000 shares).
