HOSE: Announcement about HOSE impersonation

   Recently, there have been a number of the investment service providers of financial and securities that have used the logo and abbreviation of Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) to invite the investors into their group and social networking sites.
   HOSE has confirmed that these are counterfeit information. The Law on Securities stipulated that except for the Vietnam Stock Exchange and subsidiaries (HOSE and Hanoi Stock Exchange), neither organizations nor individuals are allowed to organize and operate in the stock market. These units have been taking advantage of HOSE’s image and information to entice investors to participate. Particularly, investors might be at risk when any disputes have occurred, as well as their rights and benefits will be not protected by the Law on Securities and the stock market.
   HOSE has recommended that investors should be cautious and research carefully before investing to avoid being scammed in trading activities.
