DPG: Personnel change

The Board of Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company approved the personnel change from April 22, 2023 as follows:

1)      Approved the resignation of members of the Supervisory Board:

1. Ms. Nguyen Thi Viet Ha – Head of the Supervisory Board
2. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh – Member of the Supervisory Board
3. Mr. Le Van Quyet – Member of the Supervisory Board.

2)      Approved to establish the Audit Committee and the appointment of members of the Audit Committee:

1. Mr. Do Xuan Dien – Chairman of the Audit Committee
2. Mr. Dang Hoang Huy – Member of the Audit Committee.

3)      Approved to establish the Internal Audit Board.
