 The payment for the 3 ^rd. phase of 2022 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

Payment date:                          June 23, 2023

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre as from June 23, 2023.
