VNL: Personnel change

On April 27, 2023, Vinalink International Freight Forwarders announced the following personnel changes from April 26, 2023:

1)      The appointment of Mr. Do Phu Kim as independent member of the BOD for the remaining time of the term 2019-2024.

2)     The resignation of Mr. Le Van Hung as the independent member of the BOD.
