• Report on the audited financial statement, dividend and profit distribution in 2022
• Proposal on the selection of auditor for auditing the financial statement in 2023
• Proposal on the remuneration for the BOD, the Supervisory Board; the salary of the Executive Board and the business reward policy
• Other issues.
