1. Approved the business result in 2022:

a. Based on the separate financial statements:

-        Total revenue: 443,849.11 million dongs

-        Profit before tax: 103,953.01 million dongs

-        To pay the budget: 52,853.50 million dongs

-        Profit after tax: 90,270.09 million dongs.

b. Based on the consolidated financial statements:

-        Net sales: 561,126 million dongs

-        Profit from business activities: 61,791 million dongs

-        Other profits: 26.883 million dongs

-        Profit before tax: 88,674 million dongs

-        Profit after tax: 74,991 million dongs.

2. Approved the business plan in 2023:

-        Total revenue: 373,082.88 million dongs

-        Total expenses: 295,646.59 million dongs

-        Profit before tax: 77.436.29 million dongs

-        Profit after tax: 68,180.13

-        Dividend: 7.50%

-        To pay the budget:  53,051.17 million dongs.
