BOD resolution No.130:

-          Approving to Mr. Nguyen Dinh Dung, CEO replaced Mr. Nguyen Kinh Kha, Chairman of the BOD as the legal representative.

BOD resolution No.131:

-          Approving to cancel the record date for the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: March 28, 2023.

-          Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2023:
