On April 05, 2023, HOSE announces the record date for the 2023 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM) and the dividend payment of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company:

1)      Ex-right date:              April 17, 2023

2)      Record date:                April 18, 2023

 The payment for the second phase of 2022 cash dividend

Dividend pay-out ratio:           25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

Payment date:                          April 26, 2023

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company as from April 26, 2023.
