The Board resolution dated April 21, 2023, the BOD of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PSH) approved the establishment of a subsidiary with details as follows:

-          Company name: Hau Giang Petroleum Transportation Join Stock Company

-          Charter capital: VND180,000,000 (PSH contributed 60% charter capital of Hau Giang Petroleum Transportation Join Stock Company).
