PPC: Adjustment of the time to hold AGM 2023

The Board resolution dated April 18, 2023, the Board of Directors of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company approved to adjust the time to hold the Annual General Meeting of Stakeholders 2023 as follows:

-          Time: May 24, 2023 (instead of April 27, 2023)

-          Venue: Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company hall, Km28, National Highway 18, Pha Lai ward, Chi Linh city, Hai Duong province.
