KPF: Personnel change

The Board resolution dated April 25, 2023, the Board of Directors of Koji Asset Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following personnel changes:

1)  Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hai Dang as General Director, to replace Ms. Dinh Kim Nhung from April 26, 2023.

2)  Approved the appointment of Mr. Hoang Van Hau as the company’s Legal Representative, to replace Ms. Dinh Kim Nhung from April 25, 2023.

3)  Approved the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hanh as the person in charge of the Corporate Governance and authorized person in charge of information disclosure, to replace Ms. Pham Thi Thu Thao form April 26, 2023.

4)  Approved the appointment of Mr. Hoang Van Hau as Chairman of the BOD for the term 2023 – 2028 from April 25, 2023.
