FIR: Adjusting name of subsidiary

On April 18, 2023, First Real Joint Stock Company announces the adjustment of the Board resolution dated March 29, 2023 on contributing capital to establish a subsidiary. Accordingly, the content to adjust the name of subsidiary from FQ Investment Joint Stock Company to FQ Viet Nam Investment Joint Stock Company.
