EMC: Resolution on the AGM 2023

ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting 2023 dated April 15, 2023 with the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2022.
2. The AGM approved the report from the Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023
3. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2022.
4. The AGM approved the selection a audit firms for the financial statements in 2023.
5. The AGM approved the salary and remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2023.
6. The AGM approved the amendment of Corporate Governance Internal Regulation.
7. The AGM approved the cancellation of the listing of shares.
8. The AGM approved the list of the BOD in the term 2023-2028:
