DQC: Resolution on the AGM 2023

Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company (DQ JSC) announces the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2023 with contents as below.

1)      Approving the business result in 2022:

-          Consolidated revenue: 989,644,661,618 dongs

-          Consolidated profit before tax: 15,751,321,545 dongs

-          Dividend: 0%

2)      Approving the audited financial statements in 2022.

3)      Approving the report from the Supervisory Board activities in 2022.

4)      Approving the business plan for 2023:

-          Consolidated revenue: 1,200,000,000,000 dongs

-          Consolidated profit before tax: 20,000,000,000 dongs

-          Dividend: 5%

5)      Approving the remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board, Person.

6)      Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements.

7)      Approving the 2022 profit distribution and dividend payment:

-          Remaining profit: 13,966,374,066 dongs

-          Profit after tax of parent company: 9,835,101,247 dongs

-          Dividend: none.

8)      Approving the list of member of the BOD in the term 2023-2027 : 05 members
