BAF: Plan for bond public offering (phase 2) The Board resolution dated April 14, 2023, the BOD of BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approving to implement the second bond public offering:
- Issuer: BAF Viet Nam Agriculture Joint Stock Company
- Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured and without warrant
- Par value: VND100,000/bond
- Offering volume: 3,000,000 bonds
- Total value (at par value): VND300,000,000,000
2) Approving the change, adjustment on the plan to use the proceeds from the offering:
