  The Board resolution dated March 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of Yeah1 Group Corporation approved the plan for share private placement to increase its charter capital as follows:

-          Stock name: Yeah1 Group Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Estimated offering volume: 45,000,000 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND450,000,000,000

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Plan to handle the undistributed shares: These shares will be cancelled.

-          Transfer restriction: 03 years from the ending of the offering.
