On March 30, 2023, the Board of Directors of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company (VHM) approved to establish Truong Loc Real Estate Development and Investment Company Limited. (*), in which VHM owns 99.9% and Phat Dat Real Estate Development and Investment Company Limited. (*), in which VHM owns 99.9%.
